Spybot Search and destroy is a great free program that has helped thousands remove spyware from their computer. Now reboot your computer. Spybot may run on startup if it was unable to remove all the spyware programs. Let it run if it asks to.
Now once you are logged into windows run Trend Micro. The scan will take a while but in the end you should be virus and spyware free.
